Please note the following short term drivers for the investment opportunities outlined above:

The first two factories in Alaro City are already being built. Phase 1 of Ariel Foods (5.4 hectares) will be operational from April 2019. Sana Industries (4.3 hectares is about to start construction.

The first school in Alaro City (an international boarding school) will be open for intakes from September 2020.

2019 focus is on opening up infrastructure for 4 large scale industrial plots and two neighbourhoods that make up Phase 1A.

Phase 1 of the first IPP (Independent Power Plant) – 2.5MWA will be operational from April 2019 to support the operations of the Ariel Food Factory.
